Thank you for sharing your home in such a fabulous location. The listing is spot on with amenities, view and location. Most shops and restaurants are within a 20 minute walk. Sunset viewing from the lanai was spectacular every night. Great place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The views are amazing and food and shops are all within walking distance. We come to Kona every year for golf and some beach time and always book one of these condos. You won’t be disappointed!

Great location with the sound of the ocean

This place is just a short drive from Kailua-Kona town, and it was an incredible experience. The location was ideal, offering the convenience of being close to town and the sights south of town. One of the most memorable aspects of the stay was falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing against the rocks each night. The property itself was spotless and had clearly been newly refurbished, adding a fresh and modern touch to the experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay near Kailua-Kona. I would definitely stay here again!

This condo has everything- brilliant ocean views (right on the water), located a very short drive from restaurants and shops, close to a wonderful swimming beach, and it is a comfortable two bedroom, two bathroom unit with a lovely covered balcony. This property is on the third floor, and the views of the ocean are phenomenal. Everything was clean and tidy, and having snorkel and beach gear was certainly a plus. Only 1.5 miles to downtown, or heading south gets you to the nighttime manta ray excursion (highly recommended). Community gas grills are nice — just up the hill and complete with picnic tables to hang out. Every neighbor we met was helpful, kind, and friendly — highly recommend.

Unbelievable Location!

This condo is on the top floor and has a view that can’t be beat. Sunsets from the lanai were gorgeous and if you like to fall asleep listening to the sounds of waves crashing on the shore below, this is your place. Betsy was a great host and very prompt with communication. The condo was very well-equipped and had everything we needed and then some. I would highly recommend!

I still can’t believe we were lucky enough to rent Betsy’s condo on the ocean! It was a vacation straight out of a dream. Condo was super clean and had everything you would ever need plus things you didn’t know you would need! Beds were comfortable and THE VIEW THE VIEW THE VIEW!! None of us wanted to come home! A perfect place to stay in Kona.

This condo was a gem on the ocean. It was clean, comfortable and the ocean view/sunsets could not have been better. It is well stocked with dishes, cooking equipment, beach toys, snorkeling equipment etc. it lacked nothing. Its location was ideal for us-close to everything. It was really nice to have dedicated parking. Our party of 4 fit comfortably, we never felt crowded. The lani was a great place for early mornings, sunset dinners and anytime in between. It was extremely easy to get in touch with the owner, she went the extra mile for us when we left some clothing items behind. We will be booking this charming condo again for our next stay in Kona. Aloja, until we meet again.
