「What a wonderful hotel. Spotlessly clean, staff can’t do enough to make your stay perfect. Breakfast more centred to Aisian tastes but good egg/omelette station. Very serene ambience to the hotel. My only criticism is the distance from Patong town, although they have a free shuttle 3 times a day. You can get a tut tut back for 200 thb if you barter. 」

「The stay at Austrian Gardens, for the price, was a truly pleasant stay. The service staff were friendly and prompt with their service, and even handled the troubles (e.g. multiple blackouts, wifi breakdown) effectively.
The areas were well-maintained with daily housekeeping. Honestly, the place was calming and relaxing after a day's out.
Location is also very walkable distance to Patong Beach, the shopping malls (20 mins walk) and accessible by transport.
Just an area of improvement would be...
「It is 5 minute walk to Patong beach and 15 to 20 minutes walk to Bangla road. One thing is that mosquitos here gave me nasty bites I had to use mosquito spray often」
