They also helped me figure out how to get where I was going. And to get a taxi. Siliguri in itself is kind of a sketchy area, but it's inexpensive. "Excellent hotel. Very clean, modern and great reception staff. We were very happy with the rooms. We stayed one night as were passing onto Darjeeling. The evening meal in the roof top restaurant was a great experience. Very good food. Wonderful resturant staff. I would recommend this hotel for their service, high standards and great staff"

"The room was clean. However, the toilet was not up to the mark. Water was leaking from wash basin and made the floor slippery and wet. Water from bath area had no guided outlet. It was flowing to the drain after making entire bath room wet. As a result going to the commode area was difficult as one has to walk over fully wet floor. Sterling Park management must renovate the toilet fully and ensure that these problems are totally taken care of."
