Great house. Worked out perfect for my son and I. It was centrally located for us to go fly fishing with a local outfitter. Would highly recommend the house to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Clean and quiet

Cabin is very cute, convenient to Kalkaska, Grayling and surrounding areas. It was easy to access and no issues during our stay.

We lived in this neighborhood a few years back and rented this house to visit friends. So glad this little house was available as it worked out great. It was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you might need. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. Side note: The beach and boat launch down the road are not pubic, they are actually private and belong to this association and can only be used by the houses in the association. This is even better, as it will be less crowded and more private. Overall, great little place to stay, we will be back.

Updated cottage with all the essentials! I appreciated having a small front and backyard with grass for the dog. Unfortunately the lake access nearby doesn’t allow dogs, so we had to go elsewhere. No AC was a bit difficult as we were there in hot weather. Neighborhood was quiet and relaxing.
