「入住酒店時, 已訂2間客房, 但到CHECK IN 時, 酒店負責人說有一間取消, 但由此至終並沒有取消。幾經交涉, 酒店安排另一間客房, 但個刻的心情已受影響。所以入住時, 必定要SEND EMAIL到酒店確認訂單。以免影響旅行的心情。」

「We loved the hotel. It was modern and clean and comfortable, while being in a historic building in the wonderful historic neighborhood of Kalsa. The staff and owners were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Only wish the AC was a little stronger in the extreme heat. Thank you, we will be back!!」

「Very close to the fish market restaurant area. Walking distance to key city centre. But the address on Expedia not very accurate. Valet parking $20 is ok. Yet our room when check in at 8pm is full of order refreshener that is too strong to bear. 」

「El departamento está muy bien ubicado, muy limpio y con buen mobiliario. Está justo en el centro de Palermo, junto a lugares históricos. A su alrededor hay restaurantes, bares y muchos lugares de convivencia. El autobús pasa justo en la esquina y para llegar a la estación de tren hay que caminar 10 minutos. La persona que administra el lugar es muy amable y muy servicial. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.」

「I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! from arriving to leaving the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. even lent me a 2 pin plug for the whole duration so i could charge my phone as i forgot mine. The hotel itself was very modern, clean, and comfortable, with everything you could need. My room was perfect, bed was so comfortable, air con perfect and even had a sauna. 「Beautiful centuries-old ceilings in modern spacious rooms. The newly renovated rooms and common area are clean, bright and cool. Centrally located next to main roads and tourist neighbourhood - this is a great stay in Palermo. Valentina and Michelle were very helpful with check-in, valet parking coordination and restaurant recos. We opted for breakfast which was provided in a new nearby cafe. You can walk to the famous Via Emanuelle for evening strolls amongst the nightlife, or explore nearby...
