A short drive to Chania, Ocean swimming steps away and a very peaceful location. Watch the nautical traffic from your patio. I hate to compliment too much because we planned to return this October but it was sold out! The word is out! 5 star review, 10 stars if I could. Kim S. Seattle/USA"

"This was the perfect place to stay. It was quiet but not empty with the pool bar helping all of your needs. The staff are a nice family and so helpful. I fell ill one night and the amazing man behind the pool bar brought me aspirin and got his father to bring a thermometer. "Location was excellent, and the property was clean and looked lovely. Communication wasn’t great, the booking states check out is noon (12) yet we had staff banging on the door at 11 asking us when we would be leaving, apparently they changed check out time after covid… well I’m not a mind reader? The room looked great however the large rug was a major slip hazard as the Velcro underneath has lost its stick, at least one of us went flying every day, and the wooden floors meant we were kept up...

Asterion Suites & Spa - Designed for Adults

Asterion Suites & Spa - Designed for Adults

10/10 Excellent
"Great location on the beach with easy walking distance to a small strip of restaurants and shops in Maleme. The rooms were great with comfy beds, good quality linen and towels and a great shower. The only done side is they only provide one small bottle of water per room per day. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I travelled alone and booked bread and breakfast so I could eat out some nights. The hotel restaurant food was delicious and not overly expensive compared to other local restaurants. Most of the guests at the hotel were on an all inclusive package so I felt the price of the drinks out of the package were slightly elevated! There is an option to add all inclusive on a daily which would work out good value it you are going to stay in hotel all day and drink."
