加爾各答卡馬爾哈蒂酒店住宿推介

「The room was cleaned very last minute and it was missing some items, did not feel like a completely ready room. Also the upkeep is subpar comparing with other Taj experience. 」

「Everything was fine.」

「The hotel is grand and stunning. The service at the front desk is terrible, they were rude, claimed to misplace a reservation I made for my made. If I pay for a room, I expect it to be available and treated with respect. They took forever at checkin, took my card details. At the end they claimed not to have my details again. Very disappointing. Breakfast at the buffet was unorganized, people just walking in and not forming a queue.」

「Breakfast was fresh with many choices.」

「This is a great place to stay by the airport, I f you need to stay in Kolkata for a couple of days or between flights. The staff is extremely helpful, and you can order room service for the cost of a meal in a fairly inexpensive restaurant. rarely have I enjoyed this level of service in a three star hotel. It is on the fourth floor of a larger building.」

「small rooms, less option for breakfast, noisy environment」

「Excellent hotel - staff all super helpful and breakfast was amazing. 」
