“Hotel is clean, and staff are accommodating .”

“Breakfast was great, everything is great just need more cleanliness”

“No shuttle bus service as mentioned in service. Before booking they said it is rare advantage but there is no advantage at all also it is middle of residential area very hard to access anything noting round all small house and high school. Staff was friendly room clean breakfast okay nice also they don’t respond chat”

“Had to argue with staff for toilet paper and fresh towels. Wet laundry hung in corridor leading to guest rooms and cleaning carts, cleaning supplies in the corridor in plain view also. ”

“Centrally located, Renion City Hotel is close to the Green Bazaar, the Panfilov Park & Zenkov Cathedral. It's an ideal base for travellers to explore Almaty. Since the city is so walkable with its lush pedestrian sidewalk, I had tried to walk from the Hotel to the Arbat Walking Street and even the MEGA Park shopping mall. Just a leisurely 30-min walk. Easy! In addition, my room was modern and clean and the buffet breakfast was also nice and varied. Really enjoyed my stay there.”
