“整體來說，還可以。第一天入住要先繳納200令吉的押金，再來會給進出的磁卡，房間算大，但浴室馬桶蓋有擦不掉的痕跡，給的高樓層景觀不錯。如果要去對面的購物中心需要叫車才有辦法到，因為沒有人行道，走不過去。這是一個缺點，晚上其他住戶的關門聲蠻大的，可能是建材的關係，要叫外送的話蠻方便，有管理員也有放置區可以收外送。廚房該有的餐具都有，算是精緻小套房，牆壁要先開電源開關才能開冷氣。”

“Excellent staff. Poor hotel. No refrigerator in room. Only one small recessed ceiling light in bathroom. I was unable to shave with razor, so I bought a light for the bathroom. Only two clothes hangers. I asked for more and was given two more even though I needed 8 . I bought more hangers. No stall or curtain for shower so water goes all over the floor and is very slippery. I bought a shower mat for personal safety. No work desk for computer use. No laundry service or laundry facilities at……

“Check in process was quite slow and staff not really happy to help. The room was quite old and not maintained. Towels are not clean. The elevator is quite slow, so please plan your check out well. However. It's walking distance to Hextar world mall which convenient.”

“AVOID at all cost!!! I booked this accommodation for 7 days through Plush Services, but I ended up leaving within just one hour of arriving. The condition of the place was absolutely unacceptable. The toilet was broken and heavily stained yellow, and the bathroom was covered in mould. The worst part was the bed — there were someone else’s boogers all over the bed haed!!!!! I honestly could not believe what I was seeing. It was so dirty and unhygienic that I had no choice but to leave……

“The Apartment Room is pretty clean. However, there is a lack of organisation with the housekeeping team as I had informed them twice to change the linen on my bed and to change the towels. The housekeeping team should clean the room every day by changing the linen, towels and bins frequently. Other than that I have enjoyed my stay the reception staff were helpful. But I feel there are a lot of things that can be improved.”
