“Cleanliness of guest room is ok. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast is good. Food varieties are plenty. Swimming Pool is quite small.”

“This Aparthotel is quite good and staff are helpful. Cleanliness of guest room is ok. Food varieties of Breakfast is limited.”

“All are good, locations, clean, only WiFi a bit slow”

“The room is humid ， got mouldy n smelt bad, bedsheet has hair, the pillow inside mouldy , stained as well. The toilet was the same, the shower head dirty, black n mouldy, the door n the towels were, too. I asked to change the room, n yet it was better, but the shower head was dirty n black n mouldy, wow,, just want to escape from the place. The only star i can give is for the help to change a room,, not the worst one,but mouldy n dirty, too.”

“The whole hotel is in bad shape. The room smells of a lot of humidity, and the toilet was leaking all day long. The so-called gym (one of the reasons why I've chosen this hotel) only offers a couple of treadmills and some rusty dumbbells. The swimming pool was clean, but the staff at the swimming pool was not helpful or welcoming enough. I didn't know where to get the towels, or if I could order food from the swimming pool and charge it to my room. There were 2 staff there, but only checking……

“Room was clean and staff helpful and really friendly. Infinity pool was amazing-especially at night overlooking the city. Only thing that would have made it perfect is if there were complimentary tea/coffee to go with kettle provided.”

“Magnificent Hotel. The best Holiday brand has to offer in my opinion. This location was excellent and wonderful staff.”
