This place is nice and exactly what I wanted for a week-long vacation in Kanab. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because one of the two mini splits was not cooling. The host contacted me asking if it was ok for someone to go in to repair it. I gave them my approval. When we got back that evening it had not been repaired. I contacted them again and they said they would get someone to repair it, but they did not. Didn't get it fixed while we were there and didn't communicate to let us know they couldn't get anyone in to do the repairs. Good communication would go a long way. Other than that, the place was clean, comfortable and a great deal.

I would recommend the apartment at Crazy Horse to anyone who wants a close drive to Zion or Bryce Canyon National Park! It was clean and comfortable as well as the staff was very friendly!! Would definitely stay again!

Best place in Kanab to stay

We stayed for four nights. Very nice unit, very comfortable. It had everything we needed. The managers, and people that work the desk are great! We really enjoyed our stay and will stay with them again.

The room was much larger than expected and very clean. Email communication made checking in very easy as we arrived late. Everything we could need was provided. Very nice place! Wish we were staying longer!

Fantastic value!! Last minute trip with my dog to Kanab to go on a variety of adventures, this was much more of a value than any other space I found with a full sized refrigerator for pre-cooked meals coming out from of my loaded cooler, with a kitchen that also allows dogs. Kitchen has the basics, so if there is something more than just a basic kitchen tool, best to ask. I didn't need anything, but I was just warming up pre-cooked meals. As mentioned in other reviews: bring your ear plugs or ear buds because both the highway traffic that is right out the door and the adjacent unit with the shared walls including this unit's bedroom wall, provide unwanted noise. As I was out adventuring, both noise sources didn't matter much and I came prepared with ear buds. My pup is mellow, so she didn't bark or seem to mind when the adjacent renters were heard through the walls. The space was clean and orderly and as expected and very large and roomy for 1 person and a dog :) Keep in mind you'll have an additional cleaning fee - $55 and unlike Air B n B, this is not included. The pet fee is $25 (March 2026). The RV park itself is nice and well kept and a nice place to go for a short walk with your dog. Thanks to Crazy Horse RV park for having this available!

Overall it was a very nice property and stay, but had a half dead roach in the front door area when we woke up on the first morning and then the same night after we had left and come back, there was another roach in the bedroom. Normally it would be a lot lower of the review because of it, but given the area, I can understand having more bugs but the room was supposed to just be cleaned prior

I found the property very well kept, the bathrooms were clean and I liked that they were always locked and opened with a code. I stayed 3 nights in one of their yurts and found it surprisingly comfortable. I didn’t spend much time in the yard as I only used it for sleeping and explored the area during the days. I will definitely come back.

I have stayed at Crazy Horse a handful of times now. This is the dirtiest my space has ever been. There were crumbs everywhere in here all over the bathroom. I was charged a cleaning fee. I understand how necessary this is, but it would be nice if they would actually clean the space and not just straighten it up. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of my stay this time. Hopefully it improves because I enjoy staying at this site.

Personnel souriant et très communicant. Appartement 1 tres très agréable, même si nous n'avons pas osé utiliser le hot tub sur la terrasse de l'autre apt. Proche de la route mais bien insonorisé. Toller Campingplatz mit coolen Yurten!

Super Unterkunft für Ausflüge an die Grand Canyon North-Rim! Wir waren für zwei Nächte in der kleinen Yurte, wobei diese für zwei Personen ausreichend Platz bot, sehr gemütlich-modern eingerichtet und bequem war. Uns hat der „Abenteuer“- Faktor daran sogar gefallen. Heizen/Kühlen dank eingebauter Klimaanlage kein Problem. Die Gemeinschaftsbäder waren sauber, genauso wie der Rest des Campingplatzes. Parken ist direkt an der Yurte problemlos möglich. Sehr netter Empfang und hilfsbereites Personal. Gerne wieder und eine absolute Empfehlung!
