"Needed to pay 3000 yen per person to go to the pool that was listed as a property amenity. Only those who are on a higher floor have access included with their room. Since we weren't on a top floor room - just the 23rd floor, we were told we would need to pay extra to access it. Really, the pool should not be listed as a property amenity if it's not available for guests unless we pay extra. View was really nice. Staff were really nice. We specifically chose to make a reservation at this hotel because it had a pool."

"Beds should be arranged with the bedheads away from the window. Cold draft enters through the glass pane. Staff are good & the hotel is centrally located."
