「We stayed in several beautiful hotels so far, but this was the best place we kept talking about afterwards. The location is extraordinary. During the day, Higashi Chaya is one of Kanazawa’s most visited areas, but early in the morning and after the crowds leave, it becomes quiet and almost completely different. Being able to step outside our own machiya and experience the district at those hours felt incredibly special. The house itself is beautifully considered. It still feels unmistakably...

「We had a fantastic stay at Hyatt House Kanazawa. Location is excellent right next to Kanazawa station, walk to hotel 5 mins. The room was quite spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. It also had a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, big refrigerator, and all the necessary cutlery, including a dishwasher. Very happy with our stay!」

「The facilities are a bit old, and the air-conditioner not strong enough」

「The hotel never replies to our messages!!! Late check-in without any direction or information for us on how to get into the hotel. I spent 40 mins to try to find the entrance of the hotel! The hotel is above the mall, and if the mall is closed, you will have a hard time finding its entrance. Not suggested to book this book at this location. 」
