Good for large groups except only fault is that there was only two toilets.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this property. They have everything to cater for a large group, plenty of blankets, two living areas, massive outdoors deck etc. Would highly recommend, communications with owner were fantastic, very helpful and incredibly understanding.

This property was lovely. Lots of space and areas for people to be. Great deck. The only drawback was that we had 8 girls staying and we ran out of hot water after two 5 minute showers. The weekend we stayed the power also went out as a tree fell down on some power lines so were had no running water or electric heating. Thank goodness for the 2 fire places that kept us comfortable while we waiting for the power. I would stay there again.

Ideal home for father groups visiting area. We did encounter issues with the water pump, but with assistance from the property management - we were able to restart it.

We had a lovely stay, great views and good house layout to accomodate 14 adults. Only things that weren’t wonderful were that is could have been a bit cleaner (vacuuming and windows mainly), and the bin situation was unclear with only one bin that already had a mix of landfill and recycling items bin it - as a result we took all our recycling and compost food scraps away with us which was a slight inconvenience.

The time we spent at "Cooinda" was wonderful. The whole family liked the overall environment - the view, the house condition, the services and etc. We enjoyed the stay and will consider to re-visit again.

Our Stay was very pleasant - the house had a spectacular view and the children exhausted themselves playing wit the facilities. The local area is ideal for cycling and walking. We will most certainly be back for years to come!

The house was clean and comfortable. The view is spectacular and the space wonderful. We had a lovely few days and wanted to stay longer. Thanks for the supplies like washing up liquid and loo paper - that's often lacking in rental houses.

Wonderful service and assistance from Highlands Holidays. The property "Cooinda" is a lovely property to stay, great views and safe area for children to play. Close to all tourist attractions. We would definitely stay here again and organise our holiday with Highlands Holidays.

We had a fabulous time! The house is very accommodating! We spent a lot of the time outdoors from morming to sunset. Fantastic outdoor grass area with wonderful views. Outdoor seating/setting could be upgraded/improved. We will be back for sure.

Although this property is quite dated, it has nice new bathrooms. The cleanliness was disappointing, grill full of fat, dead insects under furniture & on window sills. The grounds were beautiful, hardly saw the kids as they were out exploring all the time. We had to buy our own wine glasses as there was only one!!!! Kitchen was in need of an update in cutlery, utensils & pans. We had to use a masher with a missing handle, v v disappointing considering we paid nearly $2000 for the weekend.
