beautifully designed house with great aesthetic and backdrop - a perfect place to be still and unwind (we loved the daily visits from the local wombat family)
Great location, quiet with fabulous views. Beds were comfy, well resourced kitchen. Roomy accomodation. Takes a month for bond to come off account?

Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disappointed
Very disappointed upon arrival. I was not told the property was isolated down a long dirt road full of potholes due to the wet weather. If I didn’t have a 4 wheel drive not sure if I could have got down there. En-suite was tiny with basin so narrow you couldn’t even brush teeth without the water dripping everywhere. No full length mirror to get ready. The house was very smelly and full of animal poop surrounding driveway, steps and verandas. There was a rat at doorstep. Very unpleasant stay and do not recommend.
tranquil location full of birdsong and not much else.
Very relaxing. Gorgeous ever changing views. Plentiful wildlife , kangaroos, wombats and a python.

Excellent views
House is secluded and private. Good 2km gravel road from main road. Views are magnificent. House is a little tired, but beds are comfortable and the experience refreshing to be surrounded by natural beauty.

Perfect peace!
We loved Bundaleer and didn't want to leave... the contemporary house, the beautiful surroundings, the peace and tranquility, watching the wombats and animals grazing, walking the fields, watching the sky at night, sitting by the fire and enjoying a bath with that amazing view! Thank you.

Brilliant Weekend
My partner and I stayed in this gorgeous property for three nights and loved everything about it. Set high on the hill will sweeping valley and escarpment views we spent hours just enjoying the sights and sounds of the surrounding landscape.
The house was perfectly equipped with all the essentials but the highlight was the huge bathtub with amazing valley views. Heaven.

What a view!
Bundaleer is an amazing property, set amongst amazing views! What an experience waking up every morning to breath-taking farm and bush land surrounding you. The house amenities are first class and Bundaleer had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. We look forward to returning. I would recommend this property to everyone!

Great house but not an easy stay
The house is beautiful and the location stunning but for us, there were so many problems that we feel as though we spent half our time at this property working out problems, rather than enjoying a relaxing stay. Although these issues were reported to the management and although they did their best to help us, no compensation was offered and I doubt that we would return. The issues involved spending ages trying to work out motorised blinds with insufficient instructions and no note to say that three were in fact broken, cleaning up broken glass when a large picture fell off a wall (notifying the managing agents who then came out and picked up the broken picture to repair before the owners stayed but who didn't replace it - so an ugly patch above the fireplace for our stay), being unable to watch the television or play a DVD until the manager of the property located a spare DVD player the next day (which involved numerous phone calls and two further visits by the managing agents) and having no water on the last morning for a shower because the instruction booklet doesn't say anything about the 'other' fuse box. Poor mobile phone reception made these issues even more time consuming and difficult. Such a shame as the property itself is lovely.

HI,The house was AMAZING! Great aspect, quality and had everything we needed. We've done alot of girls weekends so have stayed in many places! Some small suggestions: glad wrap, more dish cloths and matches(we bought and left for the house). You need (BPA free) tupperware for leftovers!Taps falling off in ensuite bathroom - cold tap in shower and sink. Shower door a bit stuck. Ensuite door very heavy - need big muscles!Concrete slab beautifully cool and looks schmick but quite unforgiving underfoot - thicker rugs perhaps? That bath was UNREAL!What a divine property - thanks :)
