「I stayed there for 2 nights. First of all, the staff was super nice. They helped with booking the tour and taxi for me. The location was good as well (near the beach and restaurants). However, the room was very old, totally different from the photo (The photo might be taken 10 years ago). It was much darker and I felt scared at night. During shower on the second day, there was a moment that all the electricity shut down into darkness for around 30 seconds. I wasn't sure if it was because of...

「Sono stati gentilissimi, arrivati in hotel ci hanno dato un upgrade ad una suite !!! avevamo dimenticato una felpa in camera e 2 giorni dopo, quando ce ne siamo accorti, e abbiamo telefonato, hanno trovato la soluzione per farcela arrivare a Tirana prima del nostro volo , e si sono pure preoccupati a telefonare per assicurarsi che tutto sia andato bene, oltre qualsiasi aspettativa !!! 「The owner and his staff were excellent. I was dealing with canceled flights and the staff was understanding and accomodating. The room was gorgeous, my balcony view was beautiful and the hotel is pristine. Only thing i wish was that the pool inbthe spa had hot water and not cold. Other than that, this hotel was great. Parking was a plus and so was the breakfast and location. 」
