Really great stay for family

We were in town for a funeral with family and extended family. It was really great - with lots of space to spread out, and also a great location.

Beautiful home in decent travel distance to KC attractions. Ample space for my extended family to all stay and have their own beds & bathrooms, large fenced in backyard for kids to run worry free, the air hockey and foosball tables were a hit. Would have liked to have had the large refrigerator as seen in the photos but we made the smaller one work. We were unable to get the WIFI to connect but also didn't inquire about it as we didn't really need it. A TV in the downstairs family room instead of the projector would have also been more useful to us. Thanks for letting us enjoy your unique home!

Perfect location for our needs. Nice neighborhood

The communication with the property management was slower than I’d prefer. The house overall was okay but there were several issues including exterior doors and windows not locking, faucets/sinks leaking, heater/ac units malfunctioning

Dirty and no response

We were welcomed to the house by 2 large bags of soiled linens and a trash bag. I emailed the manager with no response. The next day I text the manager and was told they don’t manage this property any more. Then found the back door had been kicked in and not been fixed, completely not safe! I emailed the manager with no response. The house was over all just dirty there was dirt in every corner like it has been there for 2 years. The air inside was stale and everyone began to get headaches and sinus problems. There was no central heat and air, so we used the space heaters, the wall units did not run properly. The fridge had a stink that lingered. We stayed because we had a crazy busy college showcase weekend and did. It have the time or ability to find another house. Just a pitiful house for VRBO to allow on the site.
