“I thought it was very clean and very nice”

“Location was excellent and central to most of the activities around Tokyo. Will advise that the apartments next door are very close and you can hear through the walls. With regard's to conversations or people walking up and down the stairs. Our family of 4 with 2 children and 2 adults, had to be mindful with the noice level. We would call loved ones and share our experiences and a laugh and would get a knock on the wall. Felt like we were walking on eggshells just for laughing and talking (note,……

“Perfect place to stay if you like to spend time in Shinjuku. Convenience store, drug store, place to eat and station to transport, everything you want to do is close to this place. Room was also clean and comfortable to stay. A little bit chill inside because it's December, but we should realize that we need to wear up to warm ourselves in Japan since central heating is not common.”

“民宿設備平庸，位置方便，很近NEX, 電梯小，只能容納3人，我們4人入住總要1個人走樓梯。電梯和房門口外空間沒有空調，每次回家都要流汗。 廁所也沒有空調，抽風幾乎沒有效果，2房但只有1廁所，浴室水力強勁，洗髮水和沐浴露是最便宜的牌子，空調很夠冷，但沒有空氣清新機。 每天你一定會很早起床，因為遮光窗簾只有百分之五十的效果。 旁邊有個新地盤正在施工，你每天早上都可以享受他們的交響樂和地震。 最後，床褥是比較軟的。民宿工作人員英文溝通能力是小學生程度。”

“Staying at GRANQUAL Horikiri was super nice! The rooms are super clean and it's near a university and hospital, so the area is generally very safe. Horikiri Station is only a 2minute walk away, but it is a little far from the main city. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Japan!”
