"We booked nest rooms and upon check in, the person told us they are on the 6th floor with a pitched roof. We asked about the next level room -comfort- and opted to upgrade. This room was more of a standard room. Small but no pitch. If you opt in for no housekeeping, you get two free drinks. We were only there 2 nights, so we did that. Right across the street from train station and walking distance to old town. Staff was nice and helpful."

"This is a great affordable place to stay in Zurich. The hotel does not have air conditioning (as stated in the website) They provided fans instead. The bathrooms are outside the rooms but they are super clean, They have elevators. There is access to public transportation not too far from the hotel. The staff is super friendly and they speak English. We will definitely stay here again. Our room had 3-beds. It was very spacious and it had a balcony where you could sit and enjoy the view of the plaza and the children playing outside. It was very lovely."

The rooms are smartly designed, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the technology throughout the hotel is intuitive and fun to use. Combined with the exceptional customer service, CitizenM Zurich offers a memorable experience that exceeds expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zurich. "This hotel is just a few steps away from the tram line which was great! The staff was gracious and kind. I got there early in the morning and they stored my luggage so that I could go sightseeing without lugging it around. The hotel was very clean - everything from the lobby to the rooms to the laundry area was wonderfully clean. Breakfast was delicious! They had a great selection of options: meats and cheeses, eggs, bread, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and hot and cold drinks. The only thing that I didn't like was that the rooms were small and the shower opened directly into the room which dripped water on the floor due to the way the door was. Overall though, I would stay here again."
