Unterkunft ist sauber und liegt abseits der Hauptstraße. Das Inventar in der Küche ist etwas dürftig. Im Haus gibt es acht Wohnungen. Eine Familie hat die Ruhe sehr auf die Probe gestellt. Leben und Leben lassen, aber das war too much.

Eine schöne Wohnung mit allen notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung (Top 2) hat viel Stauraum (Kleiderschrank, Schuhschrank, Haken für Mäntel und Taschen an mehreren Stellen). Es hat auch einen schönen Garten. Netflix (und vielleicht andere Dienste) sind im Fernsehen verfügbar.

Wohnung sieht schön aus wie auf den Bildern, ordentlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten, zentrale Lage im Dorf. Schöner Außenbereich/Garten. Die Internetgeschwindigkeit ist gut, um damit zu arbeiten. Es sind keine Rauchmelder installiert. Die Schalldämmung von außen ist gut, im Inneren des Gebäudes ist sie sehr schlecht: Kellertür, Nachbarn und Hausflur sind sehr gut hörbar. Lage neben der Dorfkneipe und zwischen 2 Müllcontainern, also viel Lärm, Gestank und Fliegen. Zusätzliche Reinigung nur gegen eine Gebühr von 132 €, sowie saubere Bettwäsche.

Super schöne neue Wohnung. Atmosphärisches Design, sehr komfortabel und komplett ausgestattet. Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Kaprun, in unmittelbarer Nähe von köstlichen Restaurants. Und der Skibus ist gleich um die Ecke. Das Auto könnte die ganze Woche an seinem eigenen Platz in der Tiefgarage stehen!
