「The hotel is beautiful and offers many amenities which is good when traveling as a family. There is truly no time to be bored. The downside is that the service is extremely slow, we stayed 2 nights and the meals we ordered took 1+ hour no matter the time of the day. The F&B does not seem to be performing a high-level capacity. Also, on my first day they had run out of towels and no one could seem to figure out what to do about it.」

「So yes this was 100% a white lotus type experience. That said. The service was impeccable. We went to kinigi for gorilla trekking and Sambora coordinated every detail beyond the permits. They did everything from finding the right outerwear to finding us a great driver. Meals were delicious. We sat every night at a long table with other guests which was fun - we were traveling as a couple so was nice to mix it up. But yes. White lotus. Just be prepared.」
