“Struttura molto curata nei dintorni di Merano. Centro città facilmente accessibile anche con gli autobus. Personale molto cortese e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Piscina riscaldata meravigliosa con vista sulla città. Ristorante con cucina di ottimo livello. Insomma consigliatissimo.”

“Ein Hotel mit viel Charme, wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer und es gab hervorragendes Essen. Das Personal sehr , sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einziger Nachteil, viel zuviel Tische im Speisesaal, war etwas eng gestellt und dass Hunde im Speisesaal erlaubt sind obwohl ein Teppichboden verlegt ist, finde ich nicht so toll. Nix für Allergiker. Aber wir kommen gerne wieder”

The service is first class and the staff are wonderful: We are from Australia and the only “English” speaking visitors , however, this was not a problem for us as the staff all spoke English. “ I cannot express enough the attention to detail this property executes to each guest! The staff strives to know you, check with you, & strive to do whatever they can for you. Not just once but every day. At least one of the owners are there every day, all day! They are truly passionate for what they do! The most senior of ownership onsite explained he is the 11th generation, & the 12th, & I believe the 13th generations are also working to make this operation work flawlessly! After 530……
