「Could not recommend Hotel Residenz Schrannenhof enough! From literally the moment we walked in, we were treated like family and felt fully and wonderfully taken care of. They allowed us to check in early so we could nap after our long trip from the US, given recommendations on restaurants/bars and info on train tickets, and the breakfast was amazing every morning! The staff are incredible and our room was big and perfect. Plus, the hotel is literally right across the street from the train...

「This is a lovely little hotel. Very professional staff extremely clean and quiet. Located right by the Schonbrunn palace it is just a gorgeous neighborhood with lots of lovely restaurants, bakeries and shops. The Palace grounds are beautiful and huge. While not right in the city centre I preferred staying here as the restaurants are cheaper and there is more of a local flavour. Wonderful hotel. 」
