「Ótimo apart hotel, limpo e confortável,staff gentil. Por azar, obras na rua em frente ao hotel dificultam muito o acesso, especialmente com malas. Dois cons: nao limpam o apto ou trocam toalhas com frequência e, infelizmente standard em quase todos hotéis, iluminação no quarto muito ruim. Mesmo assim, ficamos muito satisfeitos.」

「維也納是中心，搭輕軌走路近市區都方便，房間布置得很用心，乾淨舒是每日也有櫃檯人員有問題都可以隨時提問，可以隨時以email連絡回復都很快速，廚房用具等都很乾淨新穎，住到捨不得離開。 Great location in Vienna City Center, staff are helpful and super friendly. This is not a hotel, but this service apartment also have front desk staff there to help. Room is very cozy with lots of detail decorations in room. Kitchen facility and washing machine are clean and nice too! Wish we could have more days to stay. 」

「The hotel is next to no. 2 tram station. Very convenient. The pillow is too flat and soft. Extraordinary good service as I need some printing service and the staff allow me to do the printing for free! Breakfast buffet also excellent.」
