「We had a large room with balcony and en suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The room had a refrigerator, coffee making machine and a kettle. A free supply of tea bags, coffee capsules, milk and sugar was available in the entrance area. 「Very disappointing and unacceptable experience My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, there was no one available to receive or assist us, and there was no clear signage or hotel name to help us identify the property.
