"Pros: The house is very well located in a wonderful valley. We were a group of 12 friends and the house is well prepared to host groups. The kitchen is well stocked."

"We liked having the kitchenette so we could fix our own simple meal. With a table that seated four, we could play cards afterwards with friends from another room. Our only problem was not knowing how to check in since we did not receive instructions, and there is no staff to greet guests. We called the manager and he gave us instructions, so that was fine. It turned out that he had not realized that we had a U.S. phone number, and the text with instructions had gone somewhere else. "

"Unser dritter Aufenthalt in der Villa Maria war wieder sehr angenehm. Ein perfekter, erholsamer Rückzugsort im Zentrum Kufsteins. "

"Ich kann nur das Appartment 3 bewerten. Die Unterkunft ist klein und praktisch eingerichtet. Bad ist neu renoviert. Das Schlafzimmer ist leider sehr klein und das Bett auch nur ca. 1,40m breit. Die "Terrasse" ist leider nur der Durchgangsweg zur nächsten Wohnung. Man hat also keine Privatsphäre. Die Lage ist gut. Ein kleiner Einkaufsmarkt ist direkt nebendran. Zum See läuft man ca. 10 min."
