Nice place, very new. Friendly communication with staff. We stayed 3 nights and room was not cleaned in that period neither was garbage removed. Room size is good. Close to beach 3-5 minutes. 15 min walk to ‘downtown’ Terrace in front of apartment would have been nice with a shade of some sort. Way too hot to use in the morning and daytime. Street in front need a good restoration.

This is a great place to stay in, when visiting Halkidiki, so close to beach and other places to shop/eat and also very modern and well equipped.
