The interior of Villa Casa Rotondo has a modern style and design, with light-flooded bright common areas. You will find the fully equipped kitchen and spacious living/dining area on the ground floor. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom for your comfort.

The ground floor offers you direct access to the cozy covered terrace. The upper floor houses the remaining 4 bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom. The bedrooms are located in two separate units, each of which has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a small but fully functional kitchen. The view from the balconies spreads out over the inviting pool and the carefully maintained garden.

The garden also has a designated children's play area where younger guests can enjoy their time. The barbecue and outside dining area are perfect for family dinners where you can enjoy prepared local dishes. Villa Casa Rotondo is not a party house and youth groups are not allowed.Villa Casa Rotondo is located in Kastel Stafilic, one of the 7 historical settlements each developed around their own castles, hence the name.

Each village has its own peculiarity that is fused with the character of this part of the Mediterranean. Due to its geographical position, Kastela can be both a seaside resort with its beautiful beaches and a great destination for mountaineers, with a breathtaking view over the bay of Kastela.

Here you will find the most beautiful and attractive beaches of Kastela Bay. Kastel Stafilic is also home to the oldest olive tree on the Adriatic (Olea europea). The tree is over 1500 years old and has been protected as a natural monument since 1990.
