“Exceptional! The staff was especially helpful with check in, attractions to see, free welcome cocktails and munchies. The room was very very nice and comfortable and very quiet given we faced the courtyard. The location of the hotel is also where all the action was. I would stay here agsin!”

“We were so well taken care of during the 4 night stay. They proactively gave us travel advice to reach Split, and to ensure we could find the hotel in the Old City area, a porter with a golf cart was sent to the ferry pier to meet us . When we left, a porter led to the Uber spot. Everything seamless. The hotel itself is pretty, clean, safe and convenient.”

“Have notified Expedia as amenities list on here does not match what is provided & what is listed on other sites so is out of date. Hotel itself was lovely but there were things we booked it for which did not exist, so is worth checking the hotel site directly before booking. Some staff were exceptional, lady with long brown hair on reception & waiter with glasses were both very helpful & friendly during our stay. Breakfast very good. Hotel very clean, room had everything needed. But there were……

“Location was convenient to walk to the old city stores and restaurants, however looking out of the window in the room was a junkyard, scrap metal and other debris The bathroom was fabulous with very modern fixtures. The electric lock system was wonderful not having a physical key was great ”

“The staff of hotel is good and friendly, they come out to the lift lobby for helping me to pick up the luggage. Also the location is great and many restaurants around. However, there has a pub in ground floor and a bit noisy, I can heard the music even I stay in 3rd floor, but the noise was stopped around midnight. ”
