"Both service and location were great! The onsite onsen is a huge benefit. Massage chairs, free ice cream, soba, and drinks made it even better. The only draw back, if it really is one is that you have to remove your shoes when entering the hotel. The hotel has tatami mat floors and I can totally understand why they would want you to remove your footwear prior to entering. I would stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"This hotel is beautiful… The staff are excellent. The rooms were perfect for our family. As well as all of the amenities. Great workout facility great lounge, guest area and washer and dryer. Also located convenient to a Metro station and easy walking distance to a lot of things. Highly recommend this hotel. They do also have an option for breakfast… Which I thought was a bit overpriced. However, had some good options."
