The hot water was a bit hot and miss depending on the time of day so it was cold/cool showers most of the time. You might find a slightly better mattress (maybe) at Radisson or Holiday Inn but you would be trading a very small comfort for an unbelievable level of service. I don't know who in the management is motivating this fantastic level of attention to detail, but keep it up!"
