"Upon arrival we were greeted and offered to dine while we wait to check in. Check in was simple through an app and we were offered welcome cocktails. We did during our stay have some questions regarding the all inclusive menu as there were some restrictions we hadn't anticipated however the staff was very quick to respond and offer solutions so we could enjoy beverages we desired. "We stayed as a family of 4 (kids both 11), in late July / early August, and it was great. The apartment is spacious, (as was the garden and parking etc), and the balconies both front and back were lovely in the morning and evening as a shelter from the hot sun. Our hosts were lovely, and cleaned the place and provided fresh towels every few days. And we had fresh home grown grapes every few days too. Brilliant. "Everything is exactly as you expect! All of the staff we have interacted with have been the most caring and attentive people I have ever met, especially at the Makuti bar day in day out they even recommended us some films to watch. The pictures of the place you see are exactly what you get. If you are like us and do not often experience people waiting on you hand and foot it’s a surreal experience but something that makes the trip So amazing. The dining experience - just WOW! Food I have never tasted to be so amazing! Always have the lamb medium rare you won’t regret it. Welcome drinks on arrival and they let you enjoy everything how you want to not how they expect you too. I can’t thank everyone enough for my stay it’s been something I’ll never forget and nothing will live up to this. If you have the chance to come - you won’t regret it!! "
