“I stayed at Basilica Resort in Paphos and had a pleasant overall experience. The hotel itself feels a bit dated, but it’s well looked after, especially in the common areas which are clean and nicely maintained. The layout is spread across several buildings, giving it a more relaxed, village like atmosphere rather than a single large structure. The main pool area is enjoyable and a good spot to unwind. One of the biggest advantages is the location there’s a large supermarket right in front of……

“Das Zimmer war für den Preis okay. Das Bad hatte einige Mängel (defekte WC Papier Halterung, WC- Brille defekt, schlechte Raumlüftung). Auch im Zimmer ein paar Kleinigkeiten (Knöpfe beim Toaster kaputt, schwarze Flecken an den Wänden..). Mängel wurden dem Personal beim Auschecken mitgeteilt und wurden zur Kenntnis genommen. “Wifi in room is not free! This is really unfriendly.”

“Not a good experience for me, I'm afraid. You have to call to get the access code to the keybox. It would be easier if they could email/text on morning of arrival. The room was nice and clean although the sofa bed had some stains. Unfortunately, i couldn't get wifi to work, and I tried everything.There was no one on site to help, even though I'd checked in exactly at time requested. I had to find another hotel locally who kindly allowed me to use their guest wifi. It was essential as i needed……

“Apartment was great. Breakfast was superb”

“We stayed only one week and really enjoyed our holidays. We had spacious studio flat, comfy beds, nice bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Comparing to other places we stayed in the past this by far is one of the best for its price and what you get. The pool is about 20 meters long which was perfect for me as I do regular to swimming. Next to the pool there is playground area for kids as well as nice bar. The owners are super friendly and helpful in every situation. We highly recommend this……

“Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Tolle Lage zwischen Paphos und Latchi. Alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht vorhanden und ein schöner kleiner Pool. Sehr ruhig und eine tolle Taverne direkt im Ort.”

“Spacious and comfortable apartment with a nice view. However, the curtains don’t block the sunlight well, making the room very bright early in the morning. Also, only hand soap was provided—no shampoo or shower gel, even though there were towels. As a result, I had to buy a €3.50 shower gel from the supermarket inside the reception, which was inconvenient. Additionally, some of the lights were broken.”
