「Clean room」

「For our second trip to Kauai, we knew we wanted to stay in the Princeville/Hanalei area. The Hanalei Bay Resort was the perfect place for us and our one year-old! Great access to coffee, shops, and groceries. The pool at the resort is divine! We loved hanging out on our lanai, especially birdwatching in the jungle as we enjoyed meals together as a family! The walk down to the beach is super doable for an active family like us, but the shuttles were also super convenient! We did not end up...

「We had a great stay in Princeville. The unit was charming, especially the view of the mountains. We could walk to multiple beaches and the included beach chairs were easy to carry. While the studio does not come with a reserved parking spot, there was parking available every time we arrived. Check-in was very easy - the host sent me everything I needed a few days before the trip, and as soon as we landed I got a text that it was ready.」

「Check-in was smooth as well as check-out. List of easy instructions to follow, nice little gift, and quick responses from staff members about any issue. My family and I ran into a little issue at night, and they were quick to respond and send someone as soon as they could to resolve the problem. I would hands down book this spot again when I go back.」

「Room is clean, location is good, near many food options, easy access to many places. However, charged for the resort fee that covers breakfast, morning yoga, and parking, their breakfast is a joke, package pastries and cereal, all the unhealthy premade package food. But that is the only complaint, everything else is good.」

「The accommodation had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and allowed an early check-in due to Hurricane Lala.」

「Clean. Pool was amazing, even better than the pics. Private beach access is great. Location is prime. Great hospitality and excellent communication. Only downside was not having any breakfast or lunch options on the property which would be very convenient.」

「Absolutely Phenomenal resort! I was there celebrating my 50th birthday and they went above and beyond making my trip special! I even saw dolphins from our hotel room with an epic view of the ocean. I could not have asked for a better gift! We used the adults only pool, ate a couple of meals at the small restaurant on site, walked to the beach (so close), rented snorkel gear. We didn’t get a chance to use the transportation they offered to go to local spots, because we had our own car, but loved...
