"Such a lovely spot! Felt very local and genuine. The staff were so kind and helpful. The surrounding scenery was beautiful and the grounds were so well kept. They played Hawaiian music by the pool all day which really set the vibe. The continental breakfast was convenient - and they served fresh picked oranges from their property apparently. Accessible location. Will be staying here again when we visit Kauai!"

"We had a delayed flight so arrived late but Rene was able to get us checked in and helpful about a place for something to eat. The room was very clean but noisy roosters woke us up early. Checkout was easy."

"This was our first stay here and I loved the location. Easy to walk to restaurants and the beach. Dukes is a great option for dinner. We love walking on the beach early in the morning. Banyon Harbor Resort is a short drive from the airport and located near grocery stores. The resort is centrally located so day drives can be easily done to many locations. We had a very nice stay. "

"Don't hesitate on this gorgeous home! Very well appointed in every room. Sarah's consideration for her guests is evident everywhere--especially the kitchen which has everything--both kinds of coffee makers, ice machine, air fryer, etc etc etc. Very short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. More than enough linen and towels. Living room area is huge and very comfy--opens to a beautiful balcony area. Sarah was very responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend."

"We had a wonderful time with our family. We came with 7 adult kids plus my spouse and I. We enjoyed the beautiful balcony and the gathering space in the kitchen/ dining and family room. The kitchen had what we needed and all the toys in the garage were wonderful. Beach chairs, toys, boogie boards were all enjoyed. The fishing poles were broken but we purchased a few new ones to add to the fun. Beach towles were nice to have as well as the washer and dryer which we used everyday. Coming from a cooler climate we greatly appreciated the air conditioning. Access to the beach was really great. About a 7 minute walk from the home using the elevator. We spent a lot of time there especially after visiting other beaches which were much busier. Kalapaki beach offered us all the waves, sand and fun we needed without huge crowds. Terrence was great to work with. I would definitely come here again. "
