“Clean property, perfect distance from DFW. Brought our dog along and he had a great time. AC is window units and kept the rooms comfortable. Host easy to work with, this is the perfect spot for a spring break getaway!”

“Best place I’ve stayed on the lake. Might be the best view on the entire lake. We had a great time and caught a good amount of fish even with the water being low. ”

“Door knobs fell off bathroom and bedroom doors. A tv or radio behind a locked door would turn on and off randomly. Spooky. ”

“If you only need a place to sleep/shower, it's okay. Only source of water is in the bathroom. Fill the coffee pot and wash you cup in bathtub or sink. If it had been my 1st VRBO, it would have been my last. It's a converted large shed.”

“We were called to make payment even though we had already paid on Vrbo. But, didn’t put much concern that Casey had confused us. It happens.We were excited to arrive but were alarmed by the neighborhood preceeding these cottages. Stark contrast to the pics online and it was just surprising.But again, we were happy to arrive. We didn’t realize the cottages were so close together which provided less privacy. We looked forward to using the hot tub not realizing it was the Owner’s hot tub in their……

We live too far away for it to be practical for us to travel back and forth between wedding rehearsal and start time for the wedding so we decided to rent this cute house that was just 10 minutes from the wedding venue. “Sunrise Point is a touch of class with top notch amenities. Every detail was thought out for welcoming guests. The boathouse is equipped with fishing tackle, and water sports supplies. Pickle ball court with supplies. Fire pits, lots of sitting areas, pool, well-groomed yard, deer, birds. We took friends this time. Will return again and again. Casey the hostess is very responsive and informative. Love love this place. Pinnacle golf course is minutes away. ”
