"Lovely room, very thoughtfully laid out. Lovely shower and toilet. Bed very comfortable. Hotel was very elegant and the bakery was amazing. We got 5000 yen hotel vouchers to spend and got some great things from the bakery. Lots of other amenities such as laundry room and gym which looked very modern but we don’t use as we prefer running outside and didn’t need to wash anything! The rooftop bar is lovely also and they provide heaters, blankets and hand warmers when it’s 5 degrees (but preferable to not be outside despite this…) Overall, a lovely hotel in a decent location - short walks to subway and Gion district. Would’ve loved to have stayed one more night! "

"Hotel was amazing, nice room and facilities and all for a decent price. The spa bath was modern, clean, and so convenient to have inside the hotel. Location was in a decent, quiet spot, approx a 10 minute walk from busier areas. "
