Because we were here for a wedding we didn’t utilize the kitchen much but were very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of everything provided. We enjoyed being close to the amenities and restaurants at the hotel but enjoyed having our own space. Highly recommend."

"Coming from LA, we love the North Shore. We've always stayed at Kuilima estate condo. This is the first time staying on the opposite end of the estates, closer to the beach. We really enjoyed staying at the beautiful condo.It was clean, peaceful, well stocked, with lots of beach toys. Love the washer and dryer. The scenery in back of condo was so relaxing. We dined at Leileis where the food is so tasty.We plan on coming bk here next yr. And hope to use the BBQ grill at the pool area. Thanks again K."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing place to stay. I was at a conference for work that was taking place at the Turtle Bay, Ritz-Carlton. This condo is a 10 minute walk to the Ritz and the beach! Highly recommend! It’s clean, quiet, much better than a hotel room! Loved having a washer/dryer! Remote check-in went without a hitch. The place is clean and beautiful."

"If I could do 4.5 stars I would. We loved the property and it was perfect for the two of us. It was super clean, well stocked and luxurious. Communication with the owner could be much better. They did not respond to several messages and I had to call to check on the weather due to the hurricanes. Check in is a little complicated too but not at all bad. The owners want you to stop by their home to pick up the gate fob but there are two ways around the island and we had family to visit, making their method inconvenient. They did have a back up plan and it worked fine. We’ve stayed at Kuilima Estate before but the other side. This specific neighborhood had a very “active” HOA member who could be a nuisance but nothing too bad. Clearly they get a lot of travelers and they are rightfully expectant that travelers respect this is a residential neighborhood. During the worst of the storm, our side of the island lost power but we did not which I’m guessing is due to the hotel. Whatever the reason, it was a plus."

"It was a convenient go to place to stay after exploring the North Shore all day. The bed was very comfy and it met all of our needs - if the birds hadn’t woken us up at 4:30 every morning, it would have been perfect. Our host communicated with us very well, too. "
