「The staff need to be re-trained. House keeping was inconsistent - four towels, then two. Six waters, then none. Laundry had to be chased. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were appalling. Cutting in front all the time when walking, standing in groups talking whilst we were trying to open doors. Being told to move tables! Unhelpful at best. This is not a five star experience. Not even close.」

「Beautiful hotel, very centrally located and right next to the ocean. Our room was nice and spacious and clean. Staff and management were very nice and helpful all around. Eg 1: I had hurt my ankle the previous day, and over our 2 day stay, they assisted my wife in getting ice for my leg. Eg 2: We also needed a screwdriver to remove the battery from a toy we bought (for plane travel), and the staff went out of their way to help out with it (laughing at us). The breakfast and dinner buffet...

「Its a sound enough hotel for the business traveler but otherwise pretty ordinary. It's in a shabby part of town with no local ameities or attractions worth the bother. The bar is dismal and the restaurant poor. The staff do a good job of making the best of the little they have to wotk with.」

「The beds were comfortable and toilets were clean. The staff was also very attentive. The place has been well designed but isn't maintained well. The walls were very dirty and we had a problem with a bad smell coming out of one of the toilets. They tried to fix it and had to give us another room, which didn't have that problem. Other than this issue, it was a decenr place to stay. An overall clean would do wonders for this property. 」
