「amazing new and fresh hotel. We had twin bed room, cean, big bathroom, and room in general. Amazing view right on the LOTUS tower. We where in room 1907. Great buffet, we had it for dinner one time, lunch and breakfast.
We stayed two nights. The only thing its a bit on the pricey side the other restaurants, with less food options, so we ended up on the buffet mostly where the variation and value for money clearly are the best. mall connected to it very few shops open. Would come bac.」

「Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht und wurden spontan auf eine Suite umgebucht, die Zimmer waren ein Traum. Besonders hat uns der Service und das besondere Essen gefallen. Ansonsten hat das Hotel einen sehr hohen Standard und ist wunderschön eingerichtet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!」

「This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel, I basically like this hotel because I feel it new, model, clean. I recommend to all my colleague who need to go to Sri Lanka.
However, this time, I feel a bit disappointed, the room wasn’t really clean,
- first day when I check-in, I find there have a bottle of water had been drunk half.
- I feel the carpet had something to bite
- sometime, the room service did not throw the rubbish even it was full
- room service will laid part of the quilt on the...

「My second stay. Great. Felt like home. International outlets. Comfortable, clean beds. Spacious rooms. No weird smells, mostly. Good furniture. Restaurant on the roof. No eating in the rooms. Wonderful staff all around! Pretty good, if your first stop in Sri Lanka.」

「Beautiful hotel, very centrally located and right next to the ocean.
Our room was nice and spacious and clean.
Staff and management were very nice and helpful all around.
Eg 1: I had hurt my ankle the previous day, and over our 2 day stay, they assisted my wife in getting ice for my leg.
Eg 2: We also needed a screwdriver to remove the battery from a toy we bought (for plane travel), and the staff went out of their way to help out with it (laughing at us).
