「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kona. The condo was clean and well stocked. We stopped at Costco and cooked in most nights. KTA is right up the street for other groceries. We walked to the Outrigger right next door to see the manta rays at night. Great location and great condo. Ashok was good about communication with us. Would definitely recommend.」

「Excellent property. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Condo comes with many amenities, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, washer/ dryer. Very close to shopping. Go a little further and there is a walmart,Safeway and Costco. Definitely need a car to get around. Our first visit to Kona. Will definitely recommend. 」

「Our stay was wonderful. We appreciated the details like having beach equipment and a cooler available and night lights in the condo. The well equipped kitchen and washer dryer really helped our family for the logistics of life. We loved the beach access for the kiddos to play in the sand (not a swimming beach) and watch sunsets. The location was perfect and access to groceries and restaurants as well island activities. Mahalo for a great stay!」

「My family had a wonderful stay here. The view was amazing, the pool was huge and the space was perfect for our needs. The main space is not air conditioned and it did get pretty warm during the day but it didn't really didn't have a big impact on my family. The bedrooms have ac. The boathouse was an awesome apartment for my grandson. The kitchen was well equipped and the grill was adequate.」

「Everything you need to feel at home, plus more! Close to groceries and restaurants but at the same time private and quiet. Pool was never crowded and perfect temperature. Parking was super convenient, just a few steps from the door. Comfortable living room furniture, and everyone slept great in their beds. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again!」

「Avi's property was beautiful. Everything is fresh and new. The apartment uses space thoughtfully. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the view from the private patio is wonderful. Avi communicates well and has a house book with everything you need to know and great recommendations. It is conveniently located to everything on the Kailua- Kona side. 「We were fortunate enough to be able to stay in this beautiful Kanaloa Kona condo for about a week, waking up and having breakfast on the lanai was always the best start to the day.
