“We had a lovely welcome to the hotel. The room was gorgeous, clean. The view out the front was the ocean!! But when we opened the side curtain, we saw an area that might have been a dump… so we closed that curtain. Had buffet dinner at sunset on the rooftop deck that was perfect. Had free welcome drinks. The next morning we ate breakfast near the lobby. Both buffets had wonderful selections and the servers could not have been more polite. I would return to the Hotel Platinum again!”

“Absolutely loved this property and I highly recommend it for spacious & comfortable and luxurious stay. The property exceeded our expectations and the hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodating to our needs. Plenty of living space so great for big families or families with teenagers. “A place good for couple's holidays”

“We checked in late at around 10pm, and were greeted with kind and nice staff members. we had to check out early in the morning, the receptionist contacted catering staff once she knew that and helped us to arrange a breakfast box at 5:15am in the morning (their breakfast starts at 6:30am), which we found very considerate. The breakfast was nicely arranged with different foods including vegetables, egg, chicken, sausages, bacon, croissant, bread roll and fruits. It was ready at the lobby at……

“Our stay exceeded expectation for us. ASAI spa packages were easy to book online before arriving. Kids were able to dine at the ASAI restaurant while mama was off to a pamper. Private pool was well used also late night and early morning dips. Villa was just beautiful. The lay out is exactly ilike the photos online. Staff so kind and respectful. Love love love. “很漂亮的一个海边酒店，位置很好，很方便，出来就是海滩，很美。海边很多海鲜烧烤，味道不错。至于房间还是有一些不足，空调漏水，卫生间的顶上也漏水，而且空调躁音很大，温度打到最低可房间依然不冷。WiFi信号也不是很强。最难以接受的是床单上还有污迹，让我感觉很不舒服。”

“Even though the entrance was shocked me a bit when I arrived, but inside was surprise me a lot. “Very old and looks very cheap ”

“The villa is very nicely decorated. The lobby of the hotel is just 30 second away from the beach. You can swim in the beach or relax in the cafe and bars nearby. We had a nice stay. We find the kitchen very cool. The breakfast cooked by the staff is also nice. ”
