Consequently, we had to check in walk to the car to get our luggage, while struggling the downward and upward trek to the car. When asked for a map of the property to locate amenities, there was none. Had to take a photo of the map that the customer service person had at the front desk.」

They told my 8-year-old daughter that the noise from the neighbors was merely them “doing their business,” as if loud lovemaking was acceptable. When we asked to be moved to a room without a connecting door—especially after the neighbor had smashed our wall—they discouraged us from calling the police.
