"This is our second visit to Whiteface Lodge for the Lake Placid Horse Show. We rented the 2 suites which gave us enough space and privacy for our family and riding trainer to stay with us. "Excellent room, just as described. Room was not ready at check in time and the heat in the three season room was not working which made the room extremely cold as temps were in the single digits. We asked for maintenance to come check it out and no one ever showed up which was our only disappointment."

"My family of 4 stayed with a friend's family of four in this two story apartment-like suite at White Face Lodge. It was so spacious but so cozy in a winter wonderland! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and who would complain about 3 full bathrooms when traveling with kids!
