Rooms are properly cleaned only once on the first time, every other day they didnt even vaccum. We got a room with bed bugs! Had to change Food is low quality Property is ran down They have a grill in the middle of complex that literally smokes property nearby They have an industrial exost and it is loud. it turns on at 6:45 and wakes everyone around ~3 rooms affected They scamed me the first day by giving me a wrong room: i booked a 2 bed superior room with mountain view, they gave me econom 1 bed room with pool view. Had to proove to them for about 1h that i booked another room

Besteck Geschirr Kaffeautomaten dreckig. Servierte Speisebehälter dreckig. Essen ist immer gleich und geschmacklos. Nicht mal einen Stern wert. Kein Bewusstsein für Hygiene in den gastronomischen Bereichen. Zimmerfrauen sind allerdings super freundlich und top. Sie machen ihre Arbeit gut. Ich würde nicht wiederkommen.
