Overall it was a great experience. We loved it! Only thing could have been better was the employee morale. They didn’t seem happy. And, there was no shuttle to the beach so walk was somewhat hard with kids. Everything else was great.

Very disappointing experience. This hotel is definitely not what I would expect from a 4- or 5-star property. I would give 2/3 star hotel. The rooms were in very poor condition, with lots of mould, and we had to change rooms three times. We paid for a better room but were initially given a much lower-standard one. The hotel photos online do not reflect reality at all. The food was poor, cleanliness was disappointing, and even the beach area had cigarette butts in the gravel. Overall, the hotel is badly maintained and needs serious renovation. I would definitely not recommend staying here.
