「I booked a room with seaview with the hope I can enjoy seaview in my hotel room. But then the room was facing other buildings. After some effort, I realised there was two inches seaview at the corner of the window. You need to make an effort in order to notice it! I think this is cheating. It’s a joke. 」

「Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with our stay and experience. 1. Communication: Booked through Hotels.com but messages were sent via Expedia, which did not upload, meaning we did not get the accommodation access code, which we had to chase. Unable to sent messages on Guesty app. 2. Sofabed very uncomfortable. Needs a bed topper. Bed frame did not open fully, I think due to damaged/deformed frame. 3. Main bed frame has wooden features at the end, which means you can hurt your shin or toe...

「Each room has different decor. We chose the Moroccan room which although lovely was a bit dark for me. The staff and the breakfast was really lovely and we would definitely stay again but would choose another room 😊」
