The room was clean and quiet and I slept great. On-site washer and dryer were a big plus. They also helped arrange transportation to the ferry. I’m truly grateful for the care and attention. 「This was our second time staying at Caribbean Shores. It's clean, comfortable, and the setting is very relaxing. The hot water wasn't working properly in our shower, but it was at least warmer than the solar showers where we stayed prior. Everything is relative. :). 「I booked thru this site on November 15th for Barana hotel and when I got there I was told that I was the 3rd person that day that showed up with our reservation and there was no reservation booked with the hotel. The hotel has no information of the booking. He then asked me to pay him directly for a room that night. He also mentioned that the hotel do not have any business with hotels.com. I would like my 81$ back please and thank you. 」

「The condo was beautiful, clean, convenient to everything in town, and the staff was wonderful. We also loved the meals at the resort. On warmer days, enjoy direct beach access and sea kayaks, and bikes were also available. The concierge also set up and personally guided one of the best snorkeling days ,with local area knowledge. Our stay ended with a very comfortable, included ride to the municipal airport. 10/10 would stay here again. 」
