"For the price, we think this property could be better maintained. We had a leak in our sink that was unable to be fixed during our stay. The room could have been cleaner overall. However, the location was great on the beach and the food at the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced. "

"My stay at Cactus Lodge was heavenly. My first time traveling alone from the US (New York), I am so glad I booked my stay here. The place hidden in plain sight, opening up the gate to a gorgeous beach vibe. The hotel rooms were very clean, spacious and well air conditioned. Hot water was almost immediate as you turn it on. It was so easy to confirm excursions through the owner/staff and it is very close to all the nightlife. All of the staff were amazing also. So kind, they made me feel so safe....

"We honeymoon’ed at My Blue Hotel for 6 days and loved it! The hotel property is beautiful and clean. We chose the half board option, and really enjoyed the breakfast provided by the hotel. There are also several nearby restaurants for lunch and dinner that are walking distance.
Furthermore, the staff were lovely. We had a smooth check in and check out experience and the cleaning staff left cute designs with towels and flowers on our bed for our honeymoon.
The rooms were good - had everything you need including bug nets! Staff would also spray the room in the evening to keep bugs away which was greatly appreciated.
The view of the beach was great and we didn’t have any issues getting a beach chair to sit on at any time of the day.

Lots of lounge chairs available. Workers all over the property cleaning, raking, trimming the trees/bushes. Very well maintained public spaces. "
