This property is located in the beautiful Davy Crockett National Forest and surrounded by Pine Trees. Homemade Frozen entrees are available at additional cost and are in your room when you arrive.Must be ordered day before or morning of your stay. Microwave, Coffee Pot, Small Fridge, Beautiful decor. Quaint downtown shopping in nearby Crockett, Lufkin or Nacogdoches. Come for a country stay. This house also has an automatic generator if we have a power outage.

Great for couples

Wife and I enjoyed a nice quiet relaxing break for our anniversary at the couples shack. Wife loved the huge bath tub in our house. Next time we’ll try out one of the other houses on the property.

I have a service dog and ordered the love shack… this woman refused me the love shack and said she had a cottage for “pets” she’s NOT a pet and she’s NOT an ESA… she also asked what my disability was that I needed the “pet”… I was forced to disclose my disability to a STRANGER… what she did is TOTALLY illegal and against the ADA laws AND she’s in violation of Texas Human Resources code 121.002… good luck staying open when you discriminate against the disabled and their service animals…

Relaxing getaway

This is such a relaxing place to go if you love nature. A big pool that is not crowded. Our cabin had a screened in hot tub on the back porch. A huge bathtub for bubble baths. Take some flameless battery operated candles for extra intimate touch. Wish we had more time there to explore some of the trails and try the restraunt.

My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary at this wonderful little escape. It was exactly as described and suites our needs for a quiet escape perfectly.

loved the quiet and especially the hot tub for achy joints wished it had been more off to itself since was Honeymoon. But great place food was good. And delivered every morning to cabin.
