Excellent location for beach and town.

Very well renovated and well stocked home. It's easy walking or biking distance to the town or beach. Modern appliances, attractive furnishings, and even comfortable beds.

Maine Getaway - Christmas Prelude

Our stay at the Boothby Bunkhouse was great. Michael was fantastic to interact with. The home was beautiful, updated, clean, adequately stocked and perfect for my family (6 adults and 1 toddler). Plenty of room for all. Upon arrival we entered into a beautifully decorated coastal living room complete with a lit Christmas Tree and the Christmas vibes continued for the rest of the weekend. The location to town and beach was a 5 minute car ride (10/15 min. bike ride I would imagine in summer). Kennebunkport at Christmas time is straight out of a Hallmark movie. So many activities, restaurants, shops - Exceeded expectations - Highly recommend!

Beautiful home!

The house is absolutely beautiful and in a wonderful location - close to the beach and the lovely downtown. Great outdoor patio to relax on and eat meals. Kitchen is well equipped and the appliances are all top of the line. I stayed there with my two children and they loved their bedrooms and being able to go to the beach every day. Michael and Alexandra were wonderful hosts and provided everything we needed for a relaxing Maine get away!

This was our 8th annual family reunion. We traveled from 4 different states. Michael was a great host - he responded quickly to my text messages. The house was clean, gorgeous and very spacious. It had everything you needed. We just had to bring our clothes and food. The decor was beautiful. Location was great - walking distance to town, close to beaches, walking trails and many other towns. We enjoyed the fire pit at night. The beds were comfortable. We chose this house as our favorite. The area is gorgeous.

Wonderful Stay

As an adult family of five we had a wonderful stay. Michael is a great host from our initial communication thru the whole time of our stay. Overall, he was quick to respond and take action as needed. The house is located in a convenient area within walking distance to town and to the beach. It's newly renovated with more updates on the way. Well-stocked with kitchen essentials and beautiful appliances. The beds were comfortable and Wi-Fi worked well. The house was a great layout for spending time with family. Would love to stay again!

Phenomenal home with mix of location and setting

We had the pleasure of staying at the property over the 4th of July. The home is beautifully furnished. The yard was fantastic for the kids to play basketball and corn hole. You can't ask for a better location. Walk to beach and town! we rented bikes and had 4 minute ride to town and 8 minute ride to the beach on a very nice quiet. The hosts and owners were wonderful. They were easily reached via text and very kind. We have already decided to book again for next year.

Great place to stay with friends

We really enjoyed our long weekend in Kennebunk. The house is large and perfect to share with friends because it allows three couple each their private section. Close to the beach and Kennebunkport.

Relaxing Getaway

From beginning to end everything was wonderful. Our host was quick in responding and accommodating. The house was clean, big and beautiful. Great location. Close to town. We will definitely stay here again!
